Wonderland

I do love a frosty morning, however it does take a while to get going if your car is left out in the open overnight. It took us around ten minutes to de-ice ours today.
Frost on a midwinter morning usually results in a lovely sunny day. Not so much today though. Only intermittant sunshine here, therefore too cold to play outside.

Having been swept away by the charms and general cuteness of our stray cat yesterday, I neglected to mention an outing to the local farm to purchase (primarily) apples and pears. Haven't been there for a few months. Loved the appearance of the stark trees.

I think I see some sort of deliciously warming apple dessert in my future.
