Instead of looking around and taking in my surroundings while walking today, I looked down and focused on tiny spots of colour at the edges of paths and roads.
Weeds can be very pretty when you examine them closely.
Not a weed, but so striking I had to include it here.

You are right, they often are pretty. However I would much prefer that their prettiness was in someone elses yard.
